Term Life Insurance Contract, which guarantees the payment of a yearly annuity set upon inception, to your child, who’s the contract beneficiary, in case of death or permanent total disability due to any reason.

Duration: set at inception, according to the remaining years before, upon underwriting, before your child turns 18 (or according to the chosen optional alternative)

Yearly annuity: minimum USD 500, maximum USD 5,000 (by installments of USD 500)

Death and Permanent Total Disability resulting due to any cause

Basic Option: Your child shall benefit from the coverage until he/she turns 18 years old

Three other Alternatives are proposed:

                    The coverage of your child when he turns 19:

 Until he turns 21 (Bac + 3)

 Until he turns 23 (Bac + 5)

 Until he turns 25 (Bac + 7)

Annuity Indexation: The yearly annuity shall be increased by 3% per year as the inception date.

Doubling the annuity: for alternatives 1, 2 and 3, the annuity shall double when your child turns 19

It is calculated according to your age, the amount of the annuity and the contract duration; Said premium shall remain constant and payable only throughout the two third of the duration.

Age of the father: 39 years old, age of the child 14 years old

Selected Option: 1- until he turns 21 years old (Bac +3) -  Duration of the contract 7 years

Selected annuity: USD 2,500. 

Monthly premium: USD 5.50 – Duration of the premium payment 5 years

Underwriting: Death of the father

Yearly paid indemnity    Doubled when he turns 19
